Refund policy
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with the SLEPT tag attached, and in the original bag/packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns missing the tag or original packaging will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email support@slept.wtf with your:
• Full name
• Order number
• Item you want to return
If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.
Items sent back without approval will be rejected.

Damages or Issues
Please check your order when it arrives.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Items showing wear, damage, odors, stains, or tampering
Only items returned in original condition with tags and packaging are eligible.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, return your original item.
Once approved, simply place a new order for the replacement piece.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
