Order Confirmation
All orders are final once submitted. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations
Because each order begins processing immediately, we do not guarantee cancellations.
If you need to request one, email support@slept.wtf within 1 hour of placing the order.
If the order has already begun processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Preorders
Preorders cannot be cancelled once production begins. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to the full preorder timeline and final-sale conditions unless the item arrives defective.

Changes to Order Details
We cannot modify sizes, colors, items, or shipping information after an order has been processed.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We cannot reroute orders once shipped.

Payment Authorization
By completing your purchase, you authorize SLEPT to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders (If Approved)
If a cancellation request is approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Packages
Orders returned to us due to incomplete address, refusal, or delivery failure will be refunded minus shipping costs once received back at our facility.
