Pre-Orders
If your purchase includes a preorder item, please note:
Preorders can take up to 30 days to ship.
This timeline begins once the preorder window closes and production begins.

Shipping Times
Shipping times shown at checkout refer to the carrier’s delivery estimate after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or any events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit time is no longer within our authority.

Wrong Address / Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. You may also email us at support@slept.wtf, and we will assist where possible.
